This article suggests the approach to men’s mental health could be all wrong.  
“Men significantly underuse the mental health services available to them — only 30 percent of depressed males engage with common forms of treatment such as talk-based therapy.”  
The author explains her experience with her boyfriend who struggled with mental health, and how listening to what worked best for him allowed him to reinvigorate himself.
